I wanted to try this paniyaram recipe for a long time, ever since I found a recipe for this instant oats paniyaram recipe in a magazine.
I really liked the recipe and I made this with a small change though. The source recipe called for maida which I have replaced with rice flour. I was not sure how it will turn, but the paniyaram turned out to be good, really good, the flavor or taste of oats was not at all felt, though the raw flavor of oats was very much felt while whipping up the batter :).
So if you want to add oats in your diet you can try this instant oats paniyaram, you will surely love the flavor and taste of this. Oh yeah, this will be a great toddler food or after school snack/breakfast for kids.
