Sam's Club members could design a custom holiday card which was then brought to life in AR, play an AR Ornament Toss game, or dance off with Santa.     So as I write this (November 1st), Halloween has just finished, so right about now we wouldexpect to see Christmas products hit the shelves and maybe one or two retailers even puttingup decorations. While the latter hasn’t happened here yet, the former was already occurringeven before Halloween, in fact in some cases even at the end of September or beginning ofOctober. This is part of a process called Christmas Creep, which is when retailers start selling festiveproducts earlier each year. It has always seemed a bit of a cliché to say that Christmas startsearlier every year, but according to personal experience and the interesting video below (from2022), it is actually true. In the video it details a few of the reasons why this happens. Onetheory it puts forward is that says many people may be stocking up on items in lieu ofpricier buys later in the season, so inflation seems to be playing a part. People want tosnag the bargains early in which case the retailers are just responding to demand.Do you agree?
