This extra cheesy buffalo dip can be done the quick way (which I do!), or the long way for a more home-cooked feel, or even a big ole buffalo dip slow cooker version!

Here are three ways to prep the chicken prior to making the recipe. In my home, I use the “quick way” personally but you have choices!

Grab 5-6 cans for this recipe (drain water) and use the chicken. This also keeps the cost down and allows you to make more.
  • Long Way: Pre-boil your chicken breast and shred it. This takes approximately 20-30 extra minutes depending on the type of chicken you are boiling.

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) bar of cream cheese (2nd bar for extra creamy = totally optional)
  • Crackers, veggie sticks, or chips for dipping

Mix your cheese, cream cheese, wing sauce, and ranch together.

Make sure the cream cheese is as smooth as possible.

You can use a mixer on low if you like, but don’tstress over it.

Add your shredded chicken (or drained canned chicken) and stir.

Pour into a large 9×13 pan (top with extra cheese if you like) and put in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

What You Need

  • 5cupsof shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2cupof your favorite Wing Sauce
